Rimon :

We are very pleased to present RIMON.

Eritrean born but Amsterdam based RIMON arrived last year with ‘Grace’. Packed with rare sophisticated confidence, the track was the perfect introduction to the 21-year old artist. Her music is inspired by her own life – the struggles she experienced as a refugee, growing up as a foreigner within Dutch culture, being inspired by the Amsterdam underground music scene and her personal stories of falling in and out of love. RIMON cares about female empowerment. About growth. About telling stories. Her own, but also the stories of voices not so easily heard.

RIMON has released her debut EP ‘BBYGIRL FOCU$’ last November, produced entirely by Samuel Kareem. It is a cohesive, chronological story of love, heartbreak, and growth. An almost therapeutically project to herself, but at the same time very relatable, establishing her potential as one of the upcoming voices of her generation.

Miss Angel:

Presenting Miss Angel.

Angela, aka Ghetto Mami, goes under the alias of Miss Angel. She started as a dancer but started to write in 2016.  She realised her heart belonged to music and now her goal is to combine dance and music together in the future at her shows. She’s only been making music since March and has only released a couple of tracks, but people are already eager for more. She defines herself as a hip-hop artist, with some old-school touches and the Nineties era is a big inspiration for her. The clothes, the music, the honesty, the women…

She has a lot of shows coming up. And maybe an EP with all-female artists, because there’s a lot of unknown talent in Belgium and she wants to change that. “The future is definitely female” as she says. This money-making Mami is super ambitious and is certainly going places in the Belgian hip-hop scene.
